The Rivertop menu features foods built on San Antonio regional cuisine. Wahoo fish tacos, carne asada and carnitas, the highlight of the menu, are prepared with innovation and flair, fresh made tortillas and salsas create a feeling of "I have to have one of those." Other dishes may include fresh barbecue pork sliders, frito pie with Texas chili and salsa fresca, along with an array of freshly made grilled burgers, chicken sandwiches and fresh grilled seafood. Signature beverages include a selection of colorful specialty frozen drinks, margaritas, mai tais, bottled beers, draft beers, classic and contemporary hand-crafted cocktails.
