Cibolo Moon
Showcasing casual Texas cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Cibolo Moon, the resort's main restaurant and its signature bar will celebrate the style from neighboring Mexico infused with the best of Texas.
The design attributes will emulate that of the agave plant with blooms and leaves inlaid into the stone floor and dramatic sculptures of glass, bronze and copper.
Located off the main lobby, Cibolo Moon will be the perfect place for guests to dine at communal tables, select an intimate table for two, enjoy a relaxed meal at the bar or settle outdoors to dine on the covered terrace. Cibolo Moon will also offer three private and semi-private rooms and outdoor dining around an iconic fireplace.
